Best in class support

Having a new roof installed is a substantial investment in your home. It’s important for homeowners to understand what kind of warranty they are getting. There are two types of warranties to consider. The first is the material manufacturer’s warranty against material defects. The second is the installer’s workmanship warranty. Roofing warranties can seem complicated, which makes understanding even more important so you can make an informed decision about your roofing material and who installs it.

There are two main types of warranties:

The standard manufacturer’s warranty covers the products and materials. This is typically expressed as a lifetime warranty. It will cover against material defects for as long as you own your home. Manufacturer warranties are non-transferrable.

The workmanship warranty we provide covers the installation of materials.  We offer a 5 Year Workmanship Warranty on all new construction and reroofs. An extended workmanship warranty may be offered clients who choose premium products and exceed standard installation techniques. Extended warranties typically include annual inspections and regular scheduled maintenance during the warranty period.
